"Stop and Look With Willy Whistle" is a video about pedestrian safety for young children from kindergarten through third grade. Accident prevention for this age group is centered on keeping the children out of traffic.  This film was extensively tested to determine its effectiveness in reducing accidents to young children. Results of those tests in cities including Los Angeles and Milwaukee showed a reduction of 30% or more in child "dart-out" accidents.
