The Traffic Operations staff utilze Kustom Signals Golden Eagle® radar and Eyewitness® Video systems, as well as Prolaser III® traffic laser (lidar) units to monitor compliance of drivers with Minnesota Traffic statutes and District contract requirements.

The Traffic Operations Coordinators are certified breath alcohol technicians who are trained in the recognition of impairment pursuant to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
